How do I login?<\/h2>\n

Your login information is your email address you provided during registration. Your access code was emailed to you.\u00a0 Click here<\/a><\/span> and select “I can’t find my access code” option if you would like your access code sent to your email address.<\/span><\/p>\n

What browser should I use?<\/h2>\n
Get the latest Google Chrome<\/a>, Firefox<\/a>, Edge<\/a>, Opera<\/a>, or Safari<\/a>.
If you can\u2019t see the login fields (where you enter your email and access code) on the My Account page and you are using an older MAC, your Mac is probably running an old operating system (OS) such as macOS 10.11 or older. Please update you MAC to at least mac 10.12.1 or please try using Firefox which may display the login fields for you.<\/span><\/div>\n

Can I add notes while watching?<\/h2>\n

Yes, go for it! When in a session, click the myNotes tab, type and export them later on.<\/p>\n

How do I access my certificate of attendance?<\/h2>\n

After the conference ends, please visit registration to scan your QR Code to receive your Certificate of Attendance. This download will be available 24 hours after the event concludes. To download yours, go to My Account and click the Certificate tab.<\/p>\n

You will be provided a PDF document indicating the number of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit hours that you have earned based on your registration type. It is your responsibility to submit the credit hours to your certifying body.<\/p>\n

CPE credits are available for Conference Pass, SecureWorld PLUS, and VIP attendees. Our two-day events provide 12 CPEs with a Conference or VIP Pass, or 17 CPEs if you attend an additional PLUS course. One-day events provide 6 CPEs with a Conference or VIP Pass, or 11 CPEs if you attend an additional PLUS course.<\/p>\n

How many CPE credits do we earn?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits are available for Conference Pass, SecureWorld PLUS, and VIP attendees. Our\u00a0<\/span>two-day events provide 12 CPEs with a Conference Pass, or 18 CPEs if you attend an additional PLUS course. One-day events provide 6 CPEs with a Conference Pass, or 12 CPEs if you attend an additional PLUS course (typically held the day before the conference).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Will I receive proof of CPEs?<\/span><\/h2>\n

At the conclusion of the conference, you will be provided a digital Certificate of Attendance (PDF) indicating the number of CPE credit hours that you have earned based on your registration type. It is your responsibility to submit the credit hours to your certifying body.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is your Wellness Policy?<\/span><\/h2>\n

SecureWorld is dedicated to ensuring a great experience and keeping all attendees safe.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>We have partnered with our selected venues and feel confident that they are doing as recommended by their local health agencies and what is required by venue management staff. Such as:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 Recommending our contracted venues receive an accreditation from Global Biorisk Advisory Council\u00ae (GBAC), a division of ISSA. This is a venue accreditation program on cleaning, disinfecting, and infectious disease prevention.
\u2022\u00a0 Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the events. Touchless hand sanitizer stations will be available at most venues.
\u2022\u00a0 We are requesting that the venues revise how food and beverage services will be executed to minimize exposure\/risk.
\u2022\u00a0 All seating will be spaced with recommended distances as determined by venue management and local government.

Along with our recommendations to venue management, please know:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 SecureWorld has transitioned to a touchless conference check-in experience.
\u2022\u00a0 If masks are required in the city or venue where the event is taking place, it will be required at SecureWorld. If there isn\u2019t a mask mandate citywide or at the venue, wearing a mask then becomes optional.

Can I attend any of the conference tracks?<\/span><\/h2>\n
